Refund policy

  1. Return Eligibility
    We accept returns only under the following condition:                                      1. Product received is damaged
    2. Wrong product delivered
    3.Product is defective                                                                                            4. Item missing from the package                                                                                                                                                                                                     To be eligible for a return:

The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Product must be unused and in original packaging.
Customer must provide clear photos/videos as proof.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
1. Used products

2. Digital products
3. Personal care items
4. Customized products
Products damaged due to customer misuse
Orders returned because customer gave wrong address or did not accept delivery


3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
Refund will be processed within 30 business days
Amount will be refunded to the original payment method
In Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund may be provided through UPI or bank transfer

4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
Check your bank account again
Contact your payment provider
Wait a few business days for processing
If the issue still continues, contact us.

6. Exchange Policy
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
